How far is train station?
La Stazione Ferroviaria dista circa 1 km dal paese. Bisogna considerare che Corniglia si sviluppa sopra un promontorio 100 metri sopra il livello del mare e la Stazione é al livello del mare. Il percorso dalla stazione al paese se si vuole fare a piedi é quindi in salita o attraverso la strada carrabile o percorrendo i 382 scalini della scalinata Lardarina. In alternativa c'é un mini bus che porta all'ingresso dell'area pedonale. La struttura si trova in fondo all'area pedonale in prossimitá della Terrazza Panoramica del paese, a 100 metri dall'ingresso dell'area pedonale.
How far is the nearest beach?
Corniglia is on a promontory that stands 100 meters high on sea level. It ends on a cliff where there's the panoramic terrace. To reach the sea there's a 15 minuts path that starts from the main sqyuare, 50 meters far from the porperty. There's not a beach but a rocky bay with carribean water. It requires a little effort but it's worth it. We reccomend to bring with us food and beverage. There's no service beach.
Where can I park?
Unfortunately we have not private parking available. Corniglia is a pedestrian area and we are at the end of it nearby panoramic terrace, so there's no way to reach the property by car. Parking areas are the most toll parking with hourly (€2,50), daily (€20) and weekly (€80) rates; they are in a range of 200/300 meters from the entrance of pedestrian area. At this entrance there's a load/unload point to leave luggages. The porperty is 100 meters from the entrance of pedestriana area nearby the Panoramic Terrace.
Are pet allowed?
We are pet friendly but with a limit because of the space available in rooms. We experienced that allowing a medium size of dog (max 10 kg) can be a nice compromise instead of forbidding any kind of pets. Hope you can comprehend.
